Our typical treatments are longer than your average chiropractor as we take our time to provide multiple different treatment techniques with each patient.

Joint Manipulation

Joint manipulation is a chiropractic technique that can range from quick, high velocity thrusts to slow, more controlled depth to restricted joints to provide short term pain relief and a decrease in joint restriction. This technique is a great adjunct to treatment to help patients move through “sticky” areas of the body pain free.

Corrective Exercise

Our goal for therapeutic exercise is to focus on range of motion, postural awareness, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living to help patients reach their goals and the necessary requirements for human movement. We work with our patients to assess movement patterns and treat each patient individually.

Soft Tissue Manipulation

Just like joint manipulation, our muscles, tendons, fascia, and ligaments can all have restrictions as well. Depending on how we facilitate movement in our day to day lives from being an athlete or even a tech worker, we ALL create bias in our tissue that can cause tension or restriction in our movement. Through active release techniques, IASTM, and cupping therapies we can promote movement in our soft tissue also providing the same short term relief.
