Alyssa Avila, DC

Dr. Alyssa Avila is a Seattle transplant from Los Angeles, California. Her passion for sports rehabilitation and health care started from her involvement with team sports growing up. Through rehabing her own injuries with her Chiropractor, she developed a love for Chiropractic and what it has to offer. She received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Lake Superior State University where she played DII Softball. She then pursued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic-West where she spent time with Sports Council, Motion Palpation Institute and Rehab 2 Performance clubs which allowed her to get involved with the community and help teach other students various rehabilitation techniques.

Dr. Alyssa strives to connect with each patient to provide care that is goal oriented for her patients. She has worked in the Ballard community for the last 3 years as a chiropractor and high school softball coach. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, game nights, playing guitar, and traveling!

Logan Trachuk, DC

Dr. Logan Trachuk is originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. At the University of Alberta he played for their football team and received a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology. While he wasn’t introduced to chiropractic until the end of his time at the U of A, he quickly saw the benefits and it changed his outlook on conservative healthcare. It was from that experience that he ended up at the Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus. At Palmer, he was a student representative for the Motion Palpation Institute and spent many weekends at various rehab and manual therapy seminars such as MPI, DNS, and FAKTR.

Dr. Logan wants his patients to feel educated and empowered from treatment. In his spare time, you’ll find him snowboarding, camping, or playing board games!

Taylor Perry, Rehabilitation Specialist

Taylor was born and raised in a small farm town in Southern Illinois, just outside of St. Louis. Growing up in an active rural community, she played nearly every team sport and threw herself into action sports like, motocross, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Along the way, she experienced my share of injuries, which led her to years of physical therapy and strength training—ultimately sparking her passion for fitness and human performance.

While studying in Chicago, she landed her first job in fitness teaching youth soccer, which kickstarted my career. She earned my first training certification at 19, and since then, fitness has shaped every chapter of my life. She has competed at the Regional level in CrossFit and currently competes at the Senior National level in Olympic Weightlifting, where she earned a National Medal in the Snatch in 2024. Taylor's coaching background includes over 10 years of one-on-one personal training ranging from youth to seniors, sports performance, injury rehabilitation or prevention, high level program design, as well as collaborating with USA Weightlifting to help certify new coaches. Over the years, she has completed more than 10 advanced training certifications and countless seminars.

As both a nationally ranked athlete and a coach for USAW, she specializes in movement mechanics, barbell kinematics, strength development, and mobility training. However, her greatest passion is helping people rediscover their strength, overcome setbacks, and get back to the activities they love. For Taylor, success isn’t just about progress inside the gym or clinic—it’s about positively impacting people’s lives beyond it.
